GUIDELINES SUMMARY

Your Architechtural Control Rules are found on pages 32-38 , Article VIII of the Covenants.  These rules affect exterior changes to any structure, adding structural changes to your property like errecting fences, sheds and swingsets or making significant changes to landscaping.  All changes of this nature must be approved by the neighborhood Architectural Review Committee.  A form should be filled out in detail and submitted (preferably electronically) to the property manager at: www.a2zrealty.biz.  The property manager will  send it along to the committee after insuring  all necessary information has been provided for the committee's consideration .  The  Architectural Committee has 45 days to approve or disapprove your submission. According to the Covenants, IF you have not heard from the Committee within 45 days, you can presume that your submission has been disapproved .
